Fees without small print, funded hours without the jargon, and a settling-in process that's kind to children and parents alike. And if anything's unclear, just ask. We answer the phone.
One price covers the lot: all meals and snacks cooked fresh on site, nappies, wipes and sun cream. No surprise extras on the invoice.

Fees are billed monthly in advance. We accept tax-free childcare and all major childcare voucher schemes. A £30 registration fee secures your place and comes off your first invoice.
Government-funded childcare can genuinely transform your bill, but the rules take some untangling. Here's the short version.
All children get 15 funded hours a week from the term after their third birthday, term time. There's no eligibility test, and no paperwork beyond a code. Eligible 2-year-olds can get 15 hours too.
Working parents who each earn above the minimum threshold (and under £100k) can claim up to 30 funded hours a week, with funded hours now available from 9 months old.
Funded hours are based on 38 school weeks, but we can "stretch" them across our 51-week year: fewer hours each week, but cover in the holidays too.
Not sure what you're entitled to? Bring your questions when you visit. We'll sit down with you, check what applies to your family on the government's Childcare Choices service, and show you exactly what your monthly bill would look like. Funded hours cover care and education; a small daily charge applies for meals and consumables during funded-only sessions.
Most children take two or three visits to feel at home; some take a few more. There's no charge for settling-in sessions, and no rush.
Visit during a normal morning, meet the team, and see the rooms mid-play. Bring your child, and all your questions.
Two relaxed sessions where you stay in the room together. Your child explores; your key person starts learning what makes them tick.
A couple of hours without you, building up gradually. We'll text you updates. Most parents need them more than the children do.
By now your child knows the room, the faces and where the good toys live. Your key person will call you at lunchtime, just because.
Tell us a little about your family and we'll ring you within a working day to arrange a time. Visits usually take about 45 minutes.
Your request is with us. We'll ring you within a working day to find a time that suits. We can't wait to show you round.
